eResource, a systems integrator specializing in advanced call center solutions, entered a technology and marketing partnership with IBM. The equipment manufacturer agreement incorporates eResource's suite of self-service solutions with IBM's WebSphere Voice Server, WebSphere Voice Response, and IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response.
IBM's WebSphere Voice Response provides the base foundation for building and deploying touchtone and speech-enabled applications.
IBM's Unified Messaging for WebSphere Voice Response provides programmable voice mail and Unified Communications functionality for large enterprises and service providers.
