Wizzard Software Expands Tools and Engines Division

PITTSBURGH, PA - Wizzard Software (OTCBB: WIZD) announced the opening of a new branch office in Deerfield Beach, Fla. The new office will house Wizzard's Tools & Engines Division handling sales and marketing efforts for its Voice Tools line of products along with products from its partners. Wizzard generates leads for its consulting services through the sale of proprietary and third party speech technology programming tools and distributable runtime speech engines. "Since the middle of the second quarter we have noticed a significant increase in the number of customer inquires, product evaluations and sales of our tools and speech engines," said Alan Costilo, general manager of Wizzard's Tools & Engines Division. "We have recently hired new people and plan to hire additional team members in the very near future for the Deerfield offices. It's good to see demand for speech technology picking up as more businesses are turning to speech as a way to increase worker productivity, as well as a differentiating selling point when added to their own product line."
