Wizzard Software Delivers Transcription Master

PITTSBURGH, PA - Wizzard Software (OTCBB:WIZD) announced the release of it's new Transcription Master software application and a first customer license of the product. In simple explanation, Transcription Master allows businesses to convert select audio files to text for searching and archiving purposes. This product will allow businesses to convert Voice Mail messages to stored text, convert customer buy/sell orders (usually recorded) to text for confirmation purposes, and use the results for trend identification in customer survey responses. The ability to transcribe sound files from many sources, transcribe their contents to data that can be categorized, archived, and retrieved for later analysis, has great benefit to corporate sales, R&D, security compliance departments and strategic planning groups worldwide. On December 26th, Wizzard's consulting division signed a $100,000 license agreement with a New York financial services company to implement this software. Transcription Master will be applied throughout the client's customer interaction process. Additionally, within the same agreement and for additional compensation, Wizzard will add command and control speech recognition to the client's web site for 508 compliance and a more enjoyable customer experience.
