Witness Systems Appoints Vice President of Information Systems and Technology

ATLANTA - Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS) appointed Greg Higham as vice president, information systems and technology.  In this new position, Higham is responsible for leading the company's global focus on its technology infrastructure, including implementing and evolving information systems and tools that enable business growth.

Prior to joining Witness Systems, Higham most recently served as vice president of worldwide customer services for Epiphany (now SSA Global).  Other leadership positions include senior management information technology and customer service roles with Inovis, Peregrine Systems, Harbinger, Premenos and Tandem Computers.
