Wildfire and Phonetic Systems Partner to Deliver Unified Communications
WALTHAM, MA - Wildfire Communications Inc., a developer of voice-activated Virtual Assistant technology, announced a joint marketing relationship with Phonetic Systems, the provider of dynamic and large scale speech recognition solutions. This partnership will enable both companies to provide voice-activated receptionist and Virtual Assistant solutions in order to better serve the large enterprise market. The agreement allows each company to capitalize on each others strengths and leverage synergies between products to deliver voice solutions. Wildfire Communications is best known for their voice-activated Virtual Assistant Wildfire that helps manage communications through one interface. Their most recent version, the Enterprise Edition, provides a unified solution for medium to large enterprises integrating features such as voice dialing, call routing, contact management and data synchronization. Phonetic Systems' VSE removes some of the limitations of conventional speech recognition and powers the ability for customers to do real-time voice searching of any size directory, database, or application with their voice. The VSE can search unlimited amounts of data from multiple data sources without the need for building complicated grammar networks or speech tuning.
