Voxify and EDS Sign Customer Self-Services Agreement
EDS signed a customer self-services (CSS) agreement with Voxify to support the company's hosted speech applications. EDS will provide speech hosting capacities in a secure and flexible environment to accommodate Voxify's changing business needs.
EDS' Customer Self-Services is a managed, hosted service focused on interactive voice response (IVR) and speech recognition enabling enterprises to provide self-service capabilities for delivering customer support, completing customer transactions, and providing information.

"EDS' Customer Self-Services enables companies to leverage speech strategically to optimize processes across multiple lines of business, introducing a new paradigm for automation in the enterprise."
Voxify's speech applications deliver customer service, which EDS leverages in its CSS offering.
