VoiceVantage Announces Intent to Sell Proprietary Voice Verification Technology Assets

VoiceVantage announced its intent to sell its proprietary speaker authentication assets. The technology sale will include the following technology and products:

• VoiceCheck Software Development Kit (SDK), which enables developers to integrate VoiceVantage's voice verification engine into an enterprise's identity confirmation solution on Windows, Linux, Solaris and AIX platforms
• VoiceCheck ActiveX for Web/Internet which can be used to enable identity confirmation of users in remote environments seeking privileges such as access to protected data and the ability to conduct secure online transactions via the Web/Internet
• TalkDirect, which is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution designed for telephony-based voice authentication
• SpeakNSet which is a specific telephony-based solution that provides automated password reset capability to password-protected systems

VoiceVantage's proprietary, language independent, authentication technology enables identity confirmation of users based upon voice biometrics.  The algorithmic-based software can replace PINs and passwords.
