VoiceGenie and varetis Partner

MUNICH, Germany - VoiceGenie Technologies Inc. and varetis solutions GmbH partnered to deliver voice-automated directory assistance services. The combined solution leverages varetis' voice-automation platform, ADIS, and the VoiceGenie Media Platform for VoiceXML-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR). The VoiceGenie Media Platform can also be used for non-DA systems.

By automating inquiries with the combined VoiceGenie Media Platform and varetis ADIS solution, call center agents are free to process more complex inquiries while the automation is designed for fee-for-services such as weather forecasts, traffic updates and movie listings.
