VoiceGenie and CareTouch Communications Release Voice Application Service

DENVER, Colo. and TORONTO, On. - VoiceGenie Technologies Inc. and CareTouch Communications released a voice application service, "CareTouch™."

"Faith," the voice of CareTouch™, provides personalized updates and other information to pre-approved callers using speech. Information is relayed based on a schedule defined by each community member.

Health Systems, Inc. of Missouri is one customer using CareTouch™ to communicate to over 1100 family members.  Facilities operated by Health Systems across Missouri rely on CareTouch and its VoiceGenie platform to deliver customizable messages regarding the health status, social activity involvement and other pertinent information about residents to their family and friends using inbound and outbound messages delivered by Faith.
