VoiceGenie and Audium Launch AudiumGenie

ORLANDO, FL and TORONTO, CANADA - VoiceGenie, a VoiceXML Gateway provider, and Audium, a developer of advanced VoiceXML technologies, announce AudiumGenie, the open standards voice-driven platform for replacement of traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, at Nuance V-World. AudiumGenie combines VoiceGenie's VoiceXML Gateway software with Audium 2, Audium's voice application server, to give businesses a way to build and run open IVR systems that integrate with their existing enterprise infrastructure while delivering a personalized experience to the caller.
