VoiceGenie Announces Expansion in the US and Europe

TORONTO, CANADA - VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., the worldwide leading VoiceXML Gateway provider, announced its further expansion in the United States and the United Kingdom. The introduction of two offices in New Haven, CT and London, UK provides international customers with local sales and solutions support. The new office in London will be headed up by Mr. Alan Weaser. Alan has 30 years experience in software and hardware solutions businesses, with 20 years of expertise in delivering telecommunications and IVR solutions. He has held various management, sales and business development positions with leading technology - including IVR and speech - companies. Prior to joining VoiceGenie, Alan was the Strategic Partner Manager/EMEA for Edify EMEA Ltd., responsible for business development via EMEA based partners. It will be headed up by Lou Leyerzapf, who brings 16 years of experience in software and hardware solutions sales and has held numerous sales and sales management positions with leading IT companies. Prior to joining VoiceGenie, Lou was Territory Sales Director with Edify Corporation, a division of S1 Corporation. His primary responsibility was the development of new business with major financial institutions in Northeast US.
