Voice2Phone Announces Group Calling Online Service

Voice2Phone has released a multi-platform Group Calling Online Service to send personalized recorded voice messages to phone lists. The automated calling service uses Web browsers to make large numbers of simultaneous calls.

To make automated phone calls, users import their phone lists and record their personal voice or text-to-speech messages. Spreadsheet columns allow the use of templates specific to each call, including #First Name#, #Last Name#, #Balance# and others. Built-in text-to-speech capability allows data to be read over the phone.

While the automated calling service is performing, customers can review dashboards showing batch job status, call schedule, the last 10 calls made, and calls status. Customers can also see the number of times a call recipient has pressed a touch-key.
