VocaLabs Seeks Beta Testers for New Service
VocaLabs is testing a new way to measure the performance of call centers, speech recognition applications and IVR systems.
The evaluation provides recordings and caller opinions.
Organizations will receive an assessment of their call center, speech application, or IVR system in exchange for feedback through participation in the beta test.
