Vivoka to Release Version 2 of Its Voice Development Kit
French speech technology firm Vivoka is set to release version 2 of its Voice Development Kit, a tool for companies to create embedded voice interfaces.
As part of the release, Vivoka has added Embedded Free Speech, the ability of the system to recognize all the words provided to it to allow the user to dictate freely, without loss of accuracy and completely offline.
In addition to the embedded Free Speech, there are new international voices for the speech synthesis available in the tool, as well as technical improvements to simplify the development process.
This V2 contains all the offline and multilingual voice technologies needed to create an assistant, including automatic voice transcription, speech synthesis, trigger word, grammar management, and more.
"Vivoka's objective with its VDK is clear: to offer all companies a single product able to respond to their development and integration needs in the voice domain," the company said in a statement
