Vivoka Adds Voice Biometrics
Voice technology provider Vivoka has integrated biometrics into its Voice Development Kit solution.
With the integration of biometrics, Vivoka facilitates authentication during phone calls, unlocking phones by voice, or identifying specific customers among several hundred people to adapt a location to their specific preferences.
"We have entered the era of conversation. Vivoka's ambition is to support companies in implementing voice technologies to offer them new business opportunities," said William Simonin, CEO of Vivoka, in a statement.
Vivoka's Voice Development Kit solution is autonomous, ;integrates with existing corporate infrastructures, and provides voice recognition in more than 60 languages.
"It's a scalable solution that grows and improves in performance thanks to its embedded artificial intelligence," Simonin added.
