Viecore Named Genesys North American Partner of the Year

Viecore was selected as the Genesys North American Partner of the Year.  The award was presented to Viecore at the 2006 Genesys Partner Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Viecore was selected as the Genesys North American Partner of the Year for its leadership and contributions as a top-performing Genesys partner.  Throughout the year, Genesys and Viecore jointly delivered speech-enabled self-service solutions to numerous enterprise-level customers like Bank of America, PFPC, Blue Cross Systems, and Kaiser Permanente. 

In January, Viecore was recognized as the first Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) partner to achieve Gold Certification based on customer installations and customer satisfaction ratings.

Together, Viecore and Genesys develop voice self-service applications that provide customers with a blend of self and assisted service.  These solutions automate the delivery and retrieval of caller requested information.
