Vaspian Partners with Voci Technologies
Vaspian, a hosted telephony provider based in Buffalo, N.Y., has partnered with Pittsburgh speech-to-text company Voci Technologies to provide Voci's automated transcription and speech analytics tools as a complement to its telephony systems.
Voci's speech analytics offerings can be layered over existing Vaspian voice services to reveal insights hidden within phone interactions. Vaspian believes that Voci's technology will be especially useful for collections agencies seeking call monitoring solutions for TCPA compliance.
For Greg Schreiber, vice president of Vaspian, the partnership offers a unique opportunity to make advanced technology readily available to small businesses. "At the core of Voci's platform is a highly accurate speech-to-text engine with powerful search and analysis capabilities," he said in a statement. "They've produced a product at the standards of a company like Apple, and we want all companies, not just massive enterprises, to have a shot at experiencing the benefits of this kind of technology."
