Vangard Voice Systems and Nuance Communications Partner
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. - Vangard Voice Systems, Inc, and Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN) entered an OEM agreement that offers enterprises an integrated approach to speech-enabling business and mobile applications. Vangard Voice Systems will market RealSpeak Solo 4.0 and VoCon 3200, a voice recognition solution from Nuance Communications, fully integrated with Vangard's AccuSPEECH SDK, a solution for speech-enabling of eForms applications.
By providing a graphic user interface, Vangard's AccuSPEECH SDK reduces the development time of speech applications while enabling change management. And now, voice input quality and data accuracy are optimized for business and mobile applications through integration with Nuance's VoCon 3200 speech recognition engine and RealSpeak Solo for embedded text-to-speech applications. These eForm applications can run on a PDA, smartphone, cell phone, desktop, notebook or tablet PC, providing data capture, as well as database update capability.
AccuSPEECH offers a graphical development environment for speech-enabling applications. With AccuSPEECH, developers can deliver speech-enabled form-filling applications using speech recognition and text-to-speech.
