Vail Systems and Datria Partner to Host Voice Applications for Field Service Management

DEERFIELD, Ill. and ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Vail Systems and Datria announced a partnership in which Vail will host Datria's field service applications.

Datria's customers have traditionally bought licenses to the company's packaged Web-based applications and maintained the voice and data infrastructures within their own facilities. The partnership with Vail Systems provides another choice. Vail will host the voice and telephony infrastructure at its facilities while customers continue to control the application and client data at their own site.
