VPI and SER Enter Partnership

CAMARILLO, Calif. - VPI (Voice Print International), a provider of integrated interactions recording and proactive workforce optimization (WFO) applications, and SER, a provider of call management and speech analytics solutions, entered into a strategic partnership. The integrated technologies will enable organizations to extend the value of their call recordings by leveraging speech analytics tools.

VPI's Activ! Performance Suite and Prioriti Interactions Suite are comprised of interactions recording and WFO solutions developed for organizations in the private and public sector, respectively. VPI is integrating SER's speech analytics technology into both of its product suites.

With VPI's full-time recording technology, the combined solutions enable organizations to analyze their audio interactions and search for key concepts and phrases deemed relevant to their specific industry.  Interactions can be categorized and tagged for more quality monitoring.
