Utell by Pegasus Deploys Voxify Automated Agents

Pegasus Solutions has successfully deployed Voxify Automated Agents to enhance the telephone services it provides to more than 4,200 Utell by Pegasus member hotels.  The automated agents for Utell member hotels provide confirmation and cancellation calls, and the possibility to extend this service to handle end-to-end reservations.    "Pegasus focuses on quality and customer satisfaction," said Kassum.  "We initially allowed Voxify to answer only 50 percent of our confirmation and cancellation calls.  But Voxify met the challenge, deploying within eight weeks and achieving a call completion rate of over 95 percent.  With Voxify handling the majority of confirmation and cancellation calls, Utell member hotels are benefiting from enhanced automated services, while we have newfound resource flexibility to help drive better customer service."
