TranscribeMe Launches High Accuracy Speech Recognition
TranscribeMe, a provider of voice-to-text transcription, has launched a High Accuracy automated speech recognition technology that uses an advanced, evolving algorithm to learn from big speech data, giving companies access to informed and valuable analytics.
Based on TranscribeMe's transcription service, which combines artificial intelligence and real crowd-sourced workers, the technology allows for real-time speech-to-text translation to accommodate big data companies and large-scale projects. The combination of technology and crowd workers continues to learn from companies' knowledge base data with customer metadata to generate highly accurate results at any scale.
Using data gathered from the TranscribeMe High Accuracy speech recognition service, partners can access analytics to learn more about customer demographics and sentiment, along with information surrounding support agent effectiveness and performance.
"Computers should be able to understand humans and draw insights from large amounts of voice data," said Alexei Dunayev, CEO and co-founder of TranscribeMe, in a statement. "We are thrilled to be at the forefront of speech recognition technology that will enable so many businesses to gain informed insights from the voice of their customer."
