TouchStar Makes Changes in Management Structure
TouchStar made changes in its management team, affecting three of its business units.
Tiffany Kreinbrink is now running TouchStar's Hosted Products division as the president. Kreinbrink has been with TouchStar for several years as the president of the collections division, where she built the division from the ground up.
The former director of the hosted division, Kyle Fox, has been appointed to Kreinbrink's prior role as the director of the collections division. Fox brings many years of hands-on experience from previously working in the collections industry; his operational expertise will help maximize customer satisfaction for collections industry clients.
TouchStar also identified the need to expand its marketing department. To do so, Brian Smits has become the global director of marketing for TouchStar. Smits previously held dual roles as director of sales and marketing for the Americas. Smits' new focus will help TouchStar expand globally by focusing on strategic product marketing, corporate marketing, and lead generation.
Chris Rieple has been promoted to be the Americas sales director. Rieple has been contributing as a sales manager.
A new position was also created to support the global sales team. Fred Stacey is now the international product manager with a focus on assisting the international sales team with training, materials, and sales support.
