ThinkEngine Networks Partners with VoiceGenie

ThinkEngine Networks, a developer of voice services platforms that lower carriers' total cost of ownership for delivering advanced voice services, and VoiceGenie Technologies , a VoiceXML Gateway solutions provider, announced the integration of VoiceGenie's VoiceXML Gateway software suite within ThinkEngine's TEN1000 Voice Services Platform.

With the VoiceGenie VoiceXML Gateway embedded in ThinkEngine Networks' TEN1000 Voice Services Platform, end users of advanced voice services are provided access to Web content via the telephone. VoiceGenie technology, which uses existing Web and telephone infrastructure, is a Linux-based Voice Web solution, integrating the 100 percent VoiceXML 2.0-compliant Interpreter, extensions, call management capabilities and the carrier-grade Genie OA&M suite. The Gateway also retrieves and processes applications (VoiceXML pages, static or dynamic) from any Web server and is designed to fully control the dialog with callers at run-time. It is available in fully integrated turnkey packages tailored for specific industries.
