Tellme Enables VoIP Connectivity to Tellme Studio

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Tellme is providing another way for developers to access their applications via SIP connections to its VoiceXML developer environment, Tellme Studio.  Several months of testing and deployment of VoIP technologies have enabled SIP traffic to take advantage of SIP access and direct-from-computer dialing to call their voice applications for testing and debugging.
 
After building an application on Tellme Studio, developers can use an IP phone to connect to sip:8005558965@sip.studio.tellme.com to test and interact with their applications. Accessing Tellme Studio via SIP provides an additional connectivity medium for developers who prefer to use a VoIP soft or hard phone to connect to their application. Developers can continue to call their applications from any phone at 1-800-555-VXML. Developers connected on the Skype network can call into their Tellme Studio applications at +99008358965.
