Teleco Releases Perfect Voice Office Pro 4.5
GREENVILLE, SC - Teleco Inc. announces the 4.5 release of Perfect Voice Office Pro (PVO Pro) Unified Communications system offering companies multilingual Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) from Nuance (Nasdaq: NUAN) and RealSpeak TTS from ScanSoft (Nasdaq: SSFT). Converging voice and data enables the integration of PC, telephone and speech applications for multimodal unified communications. Speech Recognition Powered by Nuance PVO Pro 4.5 uses Nuance 8.0, designed to enable voice solutions for enterprises worldwide. With Nuance 8.0 and PVO Pro, a caller can select his or her language from up to nine of the 27 supported languages. PVO Pro 4.5 also supports speech-enabled automated attendant and company-based directory dialing. Text To Speech Powered by RealSpeak from ScanSoft RealSpeak TTS allows users to listen to their email messages when they call PVO Pro 4.5 to get their voicemail messages. RealSpeak TTS also supports multiple languages and allows a user to pre-select a language from more than a dozen choices. CRM, ERP, and PIM Integration PVO Pro 4.5 can be integrated with any ODBC-compliant office application. PVO Pro can receive and display incoming call information from the user's ODBC application, complete with database record look-ups, screen pops, dial back and answer functions.
