PHOENIX - Syntellect, a provider of Customer Interaction Management solutions, entered a reseller partnership with Prodapt Solutions. Prodapt is part of the Jhaver Group of companies with 4,500 employees across 40 locations. Headquartered in Chennai, India, Prodapt has offices in India, Europe, and San Francisco, California.

Prodapt is focused on distributing Syntellect's Apropos contact center solution and the Syntellect Voice Platform (self-service IVR) throughout India. Prodapt is a full service partner and will provide system installation, configuration, training and support.
