SyncWords Introduces Ultra-Low Latency AI Captions with Kobe Muxer
SyncWords, a video captioning and translation solutions provider, has launched ultra-low-latency AI captions with Kobe Muxer, a cloud-based technology for live video accessibility and localization.
Created for live streamers, broadcasters, and over-the-top platforms, Kobe Muxer delivers ultra-low latency captions. It leverages advanced artificial intelligence and cloud-based streaming workflows to reduce latency to just 1.5 seconds. The AI-driven captioning adapts to languages and accents.
"AI is transforming content delivery. With Kobe Muxer, we're enabling real-time engagement at a scale never seen before. If you're not leveraging this technology, you're leaving money and viewers on the table," said Ashish Shah, CEO and co-founder of SyncWords, in a statement.
SyncWords integrates with AWS Elemental and Speechmatics' automatic speech recognition (ASR) services. Speechmatics' speaker diarization, custom dictionaries, and word timings supported in real time ensure the highest quality even at the low latency.
"It's great to be part of driving innovation in live video accessibility. Our collaboration with SyncWords on Kobe Muxer demonstrates the power of AI-driven speech recognition to deliver fast, accurate captions that enhance the live viewing experience for global audiences," said Lauren King, chief marketing officer of Speechmatics, in a statement.
