Strategic Products and Services, Imagine Technologies Finalize Merger

Systems integrators Strategic Products and Services and Imagine Technologies  have completed their merger. The combined companies will operate as Strategic Products and Services (SPS). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

 SPS, based in Parsippany, N.J., specializes in unified communications, contact center, network convergence, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Voice over IP (VoIP), managed services, telecom expense management, video, consultative planning, and monitoring services. SPS is a Platinum Certified Avaya Connect Channel Partner. Additional certifications with Microsoft, HP, Cisco, and more than 15 key partners provide integrated multivendor solutions, applications, and support. The merged companies will employ 470 people in 30 cities in the U.S.
