StoneCalibre Acquires AVST

StoneCalibre has completed its acquisition of Applied Voice & Speech Technologies (AVST), a developer of software-based unified communications (UC) solutions for businesses. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AVST was merged with XMedius Solutions as of Oct. 31. Together, the combined entity will provide a complete set of communication tools that leverage voice and data through IP networks either on premises or in the cloud.
