Spitch Launches in the U.S.

Swiss firm Spitch.ai, a provider of conversational artificial intelligence solutions, has officially launched in the United States after a successful first funding round in 2021. The company announced its arrival with its omnichannel solution using natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Spitch's omnichannel platform provides virtual assistants (text and voice), speech analytics, voice biometrics, knowledge base, and chat and seamlessly integrates within existing infrastructures.

"Our agile approach and reliable omnichannel solution proven throughout Europe will prove to be beneficial for our existing and future U.S. customers."
