Speechforms and Intellisist Merge
SEATTLE, WA - Speechforms Inc, a provider of hosted speech applications for accessing enterprise software, announced it has merged with Intellisist LLC, a developer of voice and messaging technologies. "Speechforms' hosted voice access solutions will be strengthened by several of Intellisist's patent pending technologies, enabling Speechforms to deliver enhanced products to its customers," said Gilad Odinak, president of Intellisist. "The merger also provides an additional channel for mPACT, the voice and messaging technology developed by Intellisist." Speechforms hosted VoiceXML platform enables users to manage data. Speechforms' voice access technology is used by expense management company Concur Technologies. Additional Speechforms' customers include Entellium Inc. a provider of customer management solutions, and Lucernex Technologies, a provider of real estate management software. Intellisist was founded by Gilad Odinak, whose work history includes 12 years at Microsoft Corporation developing systems software for various products including Smart Card security, GSM wireless communication and multimedia operating systems. "The voice market continues to grow, and the merger of Speechforms and Intellisist will allow for continued leadership in our markets," said John Kueber, founder of Speechforms.
