SpeechWorkers S.A.E. and Communications Solutions Company (CSC) Launch Value-added Services for Saudi ISP's
CAIRO, Egypt and RIYADH, Saudi Arabia - SpeechWorkers will release new value-added speech technologies services for Saudi Internet service providers during Gitex 2005 Saudi Arabia, April 24-28 in Riyadh. The new services stand on speech technologies.
A package has been produced by SpeechWorkers Cairo development center; SpeechWorkers creating a link between the telephony medium and the Internet medium applying speech applications.
SpeechWorkers has branded new applications for the Middle East CTI market.
The WebReader®, WinReader® are online Web-based applications that enable the Internet user to listen to the Web page contents in either of Arabic or English languages. PC-Reader® allows the user to listen to any Microsoft text files and contents Word, Outlook, Notepad, and also standard files such as PDF.
With V-SMS® Internet, users can send an electronic voice card through the Internet to a phone or mobile as a mixed TTS (text-to-speech) message with music in the background; the recipient can reply this message in either of text or audio format. Also, the user can send SMS from his/her favorite ISP Web site using e-VC® to a recipient email; the recipient will receive the text message in Audio wav format as an attached file. With TalkingImage®, the Internet user will be able to edit his/her personal images or select from template images and make it speak the written message with a funny face morphing technique, then the user can send it as a greeting card or as attached email and can mix a background music with the speaking message. Text2MP3® allows the mobile user to listen to his/her favorite news or work paper on the move by clicking a button in the PC application or any Web page; and Text2MP3 will convert the text to MP3 files and synchronize it to the user's mobile or PDA device to be listened at anytime.
