SpeechStudio Launches DonationLine and Reseller Initiative

LEICESTER, England - Using interactive voice response (IVR), automated speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems, DonationLine is an automated process for collecting telephone donations.

DonationLine is connected to SpeechStudio's payment gateway and donations are then placed into the charities bank account.

SpeechStudio also launched a reseller initiative aimed at companies within the telecoms market.

SpeechStudio have recruited Tim Latimer who has a number of years experience in the telecoms arena to head up this new initiative who will work alongside dealers to ensure they are taking maximum advantage of this new market.
