Speech Technology Associates Releases Express CTI
WESTFORD, Mass. - Speech Technology Associates, Inc. (STA) will include Concentric Solutions Computer Telephony Integration software with each STA deployment of Nuance Voice Platform. STA will offer contact center agents and supervisors a 60-day trial of Concentric Solutions 5.0 software, including screen pops combined with customer data, desktop soft-phone with telephony controls, marquee message capability, and PBX call statistics, with each Nuance Voice Platform implementation. The combined solution is called Express CTI.
Express CTI coordinates the presentation of caller and call center data to the agent or supervisor's desktop PC before a call is connected, enabling call center employees to manage and complete the caller's request.
