SmarTone-Vodafone, Hong Kong, Upgrades and Expands Voice Portal with Intervoice Media Exchange
DALLAS - SmarTone-Vodafone, a provider of mobile services for Hong Kong, will be using Intervoice Media Exchange to upgrade and expand the company's existing interactive voice response (IVR) portal. SmarTone-Vodafone worked with Intervoice's regional partner IVRS (International) Limited, a provider of customer interaction management solutions, to deliver a voice solution.
Intervoice Media Exchange is an application delivery platform available in a range of configurations. The solutions platform has the ability to integrate value-added, revenue-generating, telco-grade applications like messaging onto the Media Exchange platform. .
