SRC Becomes WinScribe's Exclusive UK Platinum Partner
LONDON, ENGLAND - SRC has signed an agreement with WinScribe to become the UK's exclusive WinScribe Platinum Partner for 2004. As UK Platinum Partner, SRC will extend its existing partnership with WinScribe's international product development team, including active involvement in the Beta testing of new software releases, further integration of WinScribe with document management systems and closer working of the companies' support and development teams.
As part of a five year agreement, the two companies will also work together on joint marketing activities, enabling SRC to more effectively target the legal, property, commercial and government markets.
said that since becoming the UK's first WinScribe business partner in 2001, SRC had been instrumental in the adoption of the WinScribe system by a large number of the UK's leading law firms, government organisations and commercial enterprises.
"SRC's excellent track record and experience, coupled with their high-quality project management, training and support services has clearly marked them apart from other digital dictation solution providers and has already helped many firms to achieve a rapid return-on-investment from the WinScribe system," said Philip Vian, managing director of WinScribe Europe. "Platinum Partner status was created to give organizations looking for a world-class digital dictation solution the benefits of WinScribe technology backed by a guarantee of service and delivery excellence. SRC is uniquely placed to fulfill this promise and represents an excellent choice for these organizations."
SRC's list of WinScribe customers includes leading law firms Irwin Mitchell, Morgan Cole, Dickinson Dees, Berrymans Lace Mawer, Hill Dickinson, Hugh James, Pannone and Partners, Cobbetts, Thomson Snell and Passmore, Dawsons and Memery Crystal, together with The Corporation of London, The Court Service and The Valuation Office.
"As the UK's leading provider of speech and digital dictation solutions, SRC is committed to offering our customers the best range of products and services at competitive prices," said Chris Hart, SRC CEO. "This agreement will deepen our relationship with WinScribe and enable SRC to provide cost effective, world-class dictation solutions to a broader market including both major multi-site organizations and smaller independent law firms."
