SER Solutions Appoints New Vice President of Sales for the UK and Europe

DULLES, Va.--SER Solutions, Inc., a provider of call management and speech analytics solutions announced that Manuel Fernandez has been appointed vice president of sales for the United Kingdom and Europe. Fernandez brings considerable experience to SER, holding various sales and general manager positions with leading technology companies such as Avaya, Lucent Technologies and Mosaix.

Most recently, Fernandez was head of EMEA Business Development for Evata Consulting, bringing in over GBP 30M in new business in his first year. Prior to Evata, he was the vice president and general manager for EMEA at Avaya. In this role, he was responsible for growing the EMEA business by 160 percent and establishing a multichannel "go to market" model. Earlier, he worked for Konica Business Machine Limited, Planning Consultancy Limited, and Mosaix, Inc.
