SER Solutions Appoints Chris Moritz as President and CEO

DULLES, Va. - SER Solutions, Inc. appointed Chris Moritz to the position of president and chief executive officer, effective November 6, 2006. Moritz held executive level positions at Knightsbridge Technology Partners, SupplySolution, Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Oracle and EDS.

Moritz most recently served as chairman and CEO of Knightsbridge Technology Partners. His responsibilities included all aspects of running the business from private placement funding to overseeing day-to-day business operations. He led the development of the overall business model that helped position this startup to sell its platform and IP to major system integrators.

Prior to Knightsbridge, Moritz was chairman and CEO of SupplySolution, Inc. He was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in the Detroit area in 2002. He grew the company from 12 customers and $30,000 in annual revenue to over 2700 customers with over $10 million in recurring annual revenue in less than three years.

Moritz also spent three years with Cadence Design Systems. As the North American vice president of consulting services, he managed a consulting practice that contributed 10 percent ($125 million) of the annual revenue to the corporation. At Oracle, he also lead one of the fastest growing verticals inside the company, starting with $7 million in annual revenue and growing it to over $30 million per year in just over two years. His experience also included time with EDS and Intercim Corporation.
