RushCard Turns to Enacomm for Voice Security
UniRush's Prepaid Visa RushCard has chosen Enacomm, a provider of intelligent customer interactions technology, to deliver enhanced cardholder security features while improving its customer self-service experience.
The prepaid card company will be implementing Enacomm's multifactor authentication technology that uses voice biometrics and enables mobile knowledge-based authentication (KBA). Enacomm will also help RushCard enhance its customer service offerings with smart call routing, advanced analytics, and by facilitating personalized interactions.
RushCard will employ Enacomm's eKBA mobilized authentication of customers. This will include caller verification methods that rely on basic information and voice biometrics technology provided by Enacomm.
In addition to putting new security measures into effect, Enacomm recently implemented its self-assisted service solution for RushCard. This solution focuses on creating intelligent customer interactions with an interactive voice response (IVR) system. Other Enacomm products that RushCard will be using include the following:
- ENCART, Enacomm's Network Call Allocation Routing Tools that provide dynamic real-time load balancing among call centers for incoming calls;
- ViA, Enacomm's analytics tool for call centers featuring real-time IVR and computer telephony integration reporting, monitoring and alerting; and
- Engage, a single, browser-based console that will allow RushCard to enhance and direct its IVR system.
"RushCard revolutionized the payments industry as one of the first prepaid cards," said Enacomm CEO Michael Boukadakis in a statement. "Enacomm is excited to help UniRush protect what it has built with advanced, multifactor authentication of cardholders that delivers peace of mind."
"RushCard was established more than 10 years ago to empower people without traditional banking relationships through products and services that provide greater control over their financial lives," said UniRush CEO and Chairman Rick Savard in a statement. "Protecting our members' financial and personal information is a critical part of this mission. In a world plagued by sophisticated white-collar crime, technology partners like Enacomm enable RushCard to deliver security to protect our customers' financial assets and identity from being stolen."
