Rosinski Appointed VP of Professional Services at VoiceGenie

TORONTO, CANADA - VoiceGenie Technologies announced it has appointed Richard Rosinski as vice president, professional services. In this new role, Rosinski will be responsible for building VoiceGenie's global professional services practice and overseeing client services operations for VoiceGenie's worldwide customer base. VoiceGenie will develop a global professional services practice in 2004 in an effort to provide enhanced customization and implementation services to its customer base. The company will continue to leverage its business relationships with third-party professional services providers and technology partners and feels developing an internal services group will only enhance its ability to provide customers will a complete solution from software deployment to customized application development.
