RDA Group Signs New Contract with Message Technologies

RDA Group signed a new contract with Message Technologies. This new contract builds on the hosting services that MTI already provides for RDA, an international marketing research and consulting firm.

For this new project, MTI will design, develop and deploy telephony-based IVR applications for RDA Group. MTI offers RDA Group its technical and professional services in order to create a telephony IVR-based customer satisfaction survey for an automotive manufacturer.

Once the RDA application is deployed, customers will be able to call in, input their information using IVR technology, and along with sharing their feedback in a Voice User Interface, will be eligible to participate in a special give-away program.
