Proside Partners with Loquendo

TURIN, Italy, and LISBON, Portugal - Proside incorporated Loquendo's speech technologies into its flagship solutions.
 
The first deployment of Proside's powered by Loquendo applications was developed for Cemensa - a key player in the Angolan private health care sector. Cemensa adopted Proside's Customer Service Management System to optimize patient waiting time and internal processes and also to generate additional revenue through advertising opportunities.

Proside provided a solution comprised of a Kiosk integrated with the internal clinic management software, enabling a customer management process, which leverages the voices of Loquendo's Portuguese text-to-speech to interact with patients and hospital staff.
