Pronexus VBSALT 1.1 Delivers Outbound Dialing Capabilities

Pronexus introduced VBSALT 1.1, the latest generation of its application development tool for Microsoft Speech Server (MSS 2004). VBSALT 1.1 delivers new outbound dialing capabilities on the Microsoft Speech Server and features support for the Intervoice Telephony Interface Manager (TIM), software for call and media control.

Enterprise and call center developers as well as independent software vendors (ISVs) can now use VBSALT to create speech-enabled outbound dialing applications such as interactive telephone surveys, appointment reminder applications, emergency notification broadcasting, and more.

VBSALT's support for the Intervoice TIM provides developers with an additional choice for the creation of speech applications. The combination of VBSALT and the Intervoice TIM allows developers to build speech applications in a visual call-flow environment that is integrated into Visual Studio .NET. VBSALT also supports the Intel NetMerge Call Manager TIM, and the Vail Systems SIP TIM, giving users the flexibility to choose a telephony interface manager that best suits their requirements.
