Pronexus Introduces VBVoice 5.3
OTTAWA, Canada - Pronexus Inc. released VBVoice 5.3, an application development environment for creating telephony applications such as speech-enabled IVRs, hardware-less VoIP solutions, and more. VBVoice 5.3 introduces a range of new management options, and adds support for Intel® NetStructure DM/V voice boards.
VBVoice 5.3 also expands on the Pronexus Application Console: in addition to the existing Visual Basic 6 console, a .NET version is now available. This console permits centralized administration and reporting for call centers, hosting organizations and other large-scale environments. It allows them to answer and distribute calls to different applications residing on one or more telephony servers. It manages and routes calls based on specified rules, monitors application performance, and logs calls and events.
VBVoice 5.3 also introduces support for Windows 2003 (Standard and Enterprise) on Intel Dialogic hardware and includes a new hardware interface for resource management.
