Pronexus Continues to Expand into International Telephony Markets

OTTAWA, Canada - Pronexus announced the win of several accounts in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. The customers have acquired VBVoice™, Pronexus' telephony tool, to develop and deploy IVR applications and other telephony and speech solutions comprised of 600 lines or more.

Among the account wins is Armstrong Communications, a U.K-based provider of voice and data communications solutions. According to Steve Donovan, Armstrong's president, "VBVoice's visual call flow environment, integration with Visual Studio .NET, and flexible architecture made it the ideal telephony development tool for us. It enables us to easily respond to our customers' demands and rapidly create highly scalable applications."

Last month, the company signed a distribution agreement with Paracon, a distributor of converged communications products. Other distributor relationships are actively being pursued.
