Predict Ability Plus Partners with Brooktrout

BOSTON, NARCA - Predict Ability Plus now supports Brooktrout's TR1000™ speech boards on its Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System.   Predict Ability Plus' Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System is a software solution that delivers an integrated dialer, IVR, call monitoring and management platform for small and large call centers. The Brooktrout and Predict Ability Plus offering reduces system complexity and can save thousands of dollars by eliminating the duplication of technology found in a traditional predictive dialer configuration. 

The Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System is used in areas such as collections, telemarketing and fund raising. The system will "predict" when and how many additional numbers are to be dialed in order to deliver a new contact to agents when the next call is requested.

Brooktrout's TR1000 speech platform connects the Performer TrueCTI Predictive Dialing System to the telephone PBX/ACD and handles all media processing and call control for use by the application. The TR1000 provides a range of digital call controls and provides call progress analysis for the predictive dialing system.

The TR1000 is a speech processing platform designed to support an array of speech recognition and IVR applications. The media processing platform ranges from two to 60 channels per board.
