Phonetic Systems Signs Value-Added Reseller Agreement with Gold Europe

BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND and BILLERICA, MA - Phonetic Systems, a provider of global real-time speech recognition solutions, announced a reseller agreement with voice applications company Gold Europe Ltd. Gold Europe will act as a value-added reseller for selling Phonetic Systems' software and applications to the UK call center and enterprise markets. Through the partnership, Gold Europe will resell Phonetic Systems' Voice Search Engine (VSE) as well as the company's pre-packaged applications such as PhoneticOperator. With the addition of Phonetic Systems' software, Gold Europe can now offer a full range of speech-enabled solutions to its current and potential clients in the UK. Phonetic Systems' VSE is standards-based with an open API. It can provide standalone applications or can integrated into any platform or environment.
