PhoneTag Now Available in More Languages

Ditech Networks today announced that its PhoneTag Auto voice-to-text service is now available in English, French, Spanish and German. Ditech’s PhoneTag service enables multiple voice-to-text applications, including voicemail, voice SMS, voice to email, and conference call transcription. All four languages are available now for trialing and revenue service.

“Up to this point, PhoneTag Auto was only available in English. Based on demand from a number of carriers worldwide, we extended our PhoneTag Auto offering to support these three additional languages,” said Karl Brown, vice president of marketing for Ditech Networks. “Carriers are now able to offer a wider range of voice-to-text applications in multiple languages based upon the highly accurate PhoneTag Auto platform.”

PhoneTag Auto is a fully automated voicemail transcription service that, in a third-party study of automated English transcription services, surpassed several other competitors in accuracy and consistency. PhoneTag Auto is available as a cloud service, or on premises behind the firewall for enterprises with a need to preserve data within their own networks. In addition to its PhoneTag Auto offering, Ditech also offers PhoneTag Hybrid and PhoneTag Live in multiple languages.
