Phone Interactive Adopts Voxpilot's Open Media Platform

SAN FRANCISCO - Phone Interactive has added Voxpilot's VoiceXML platform to its IVR (Interactive Voice Response) offering in order to expand its Voice Service Provider (VSP) platform in the U.S. and beyond, creating a global hosting solution for voice access to self-service applications.
